BlueZ D-Bus #69

Default to using BlueZ over DBus instead of the older BlueZ over HCI.

The HCI interface was deprecated several years ago.

BlueZ over DBus should allow simultaneous use of other Bluetooth peripherals such as keyboards and mice.
