False positive when checking for incompletes - this is incomplete but not fully template. just needs some addiitional writing and edits once webmin docs are done.

I'm moving this to 'Long Term' projects for a few reasons. --Virtualmin is a much more advanced panel than Webmin. It is essentially letting you split up your server into multiple VPS's similar to how WHM and cPanel are related. --This means that the IP configuration comes in to play, and there are extra steps here to go through to get this going front to back. This simple doc doesn't accomplish anything --Lots of incorrect steps after the install.sh is run. Going to take a significant amount of time to continue the doc to its conclusion, and this is low priority.

--Shifting this to low priority, I believe this is a project we could pick back up after a certain point.
