Step

For language, choose Ruby, and then press the Enter key. Select number 1, and press Enter to continue. This action downloads, compiles, and installs Nginx files with Passenger support.

  1. Yes: download, compile and install Nginx for me.(recommended) The easiest way to get started. A stock Nginx 1.4.4 with Passenger support, but with no other additional third party modules, will be installed for you to a directory of your choice.

The problem was that there were instructions in the command prompt that didn't match those in the article - it wasn't clear which ones I should follow
