Fail C7 - error at apache restart

--should get callout that if you already did lamp prereq, apache will already be installed and you can skip section 1 --otherwise section 1 also needs 'systemctl enable httpd.service' to enable it upon boot

Fedora 21 fails at apache restart - FULL TURK FAIL

I think this is related ot the way they set up the sites-enabled section. Confirm tha tthere may be duplicate includeoptional statements to conf files.

TURK FAIL was due to bad log file path configuration in the example.conf. Corrected.
