In prereq, advise that GoDaddy Cloud Servers already do this (create sudoer user). Apply this rule to all LAMP stack articles.

Note for copy edits -- --Prerequisites -- link to initial server setup since it has this already, and lets make sure that we callout that you do NOT need to make a sudoer user on GD cloud - we do that for you. --Ending - link to Configure Apache Virtual Hosts instead for now - we can add app callouts later once those articles are in production
