Make "Take picture with camera" or "Select picture from gallery" a basic settings #227

Current feature:
In the version 0.6.5 of OSMtracker you can select "Take a picture with camera"
or "Select picture from gallery". This has to be done every time a picture
should be added as a waypoint.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Proposal: make the selection of camera or Gallery a basic setting. Three option
should be available to cover all needs:
1. Always add picture with camera (I would select this option)
2. Always add picture from gallery
3. Select each time when a picture is added to take it from camera or gallery.

What version of the product are you using (See "About" screen)?
0.6.5

Make/model of your device, and Android version?
Nexus 4, Android 4.3

Please provide any additional information below.
I like this app to add OSM features! Very good job in programming and
maintaining OSMtracker. Keep this good work!

Yeah, I can understand it might be annoying to have to choose every time. I'll
see what I can do, time permitting.

I made it a setting, it will be available in the next version.

I realized while doing so that the gallery thing is not really working, it
doesn't copy the selected picture in so it's not exported with the track. I
guess I should have been more thorough in reviewing this submitted patch... :(

Now it is perfect! In addition I have translated the new strings at Transifex
into German. Kind regards Mark
