Headset Button interaction causes OSMTracker to load when not in use #260

When OSM tracker is closed and you press the headset button (to control the 
music player / FM radio app you are currently in) OSMTracker launches and 
bleeps at you (even though no track is being tracked).

Expected Action : Nothing - at the very least have an option to disable this, 
and also only intercept the button action when actually tracking.

I think that's the same as #256. Please check #256, there's a debug APK to test
