Update to data models, java version, buildspec files etc. #448

Java was upgraded to use runtime of Java 11. Buildspec file was upgraded as well. Also, the codebuild image had to be updated to support the java 11 runtime. This will have to change in ReCiter-Cloudformation as well. @paulalbert1 can you create a issue for that as well?
