Objectives

Generate enhancer/promoter sequences conditioned on protein variants using gLM2.
Compare zero-shot generation with fine-tuned models.
related to #1 and #2

Tasks

Model Configuration

[ ] Set up pipeline for generation tasks.
[ ] Prepare placeholder protein data if actual variants are not yet available.

Sequence Generation

[ ] Generate enhancer sequences for protein variants.
[ ] Document and store generated sequences for evaluation.
