NPM package outdated - Likely due to publish NPM action failing #78

This repo is on 1.5.0 https://github.com/wcpos/database/blob/main/package.json#L3

But the npm package is outdated: 1.4.2 https://www.npmjs.com/package/@wcpos/database

Most likely due to this action failing: https://github.com/wcpos/database/actions/workflows/publish-npm.yml

Could you please fix this so npm registry is in sync with this repo?

Yep, I am, to study the build process for a multi repo project!
