SilverWave skin doen's have some images #527

If you select skin SilverWave, some 404 errors is showing on server. 

Some example error logs : 
[WARN] 404 - GET /sample/sc/skins/SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_menu.png 
[WARN] 404 - GET 
/sample/sc/skins/SilverWave/images/ListGrid/header_menu_Over.png
[WARN] 404 - GET 
/sample/sc/skins/SilverWave/images/Scrollbar/vthumb_Over_start.png 
[WARN] 404 - GET 
/sample/sc/skins/SilverWave/images/Scrollbar/vthumb_Over_end.png (127.0.0.1) 
1462 bytes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see the icons and some warning messages appear on server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
smartgwt-2.2 .

This is caused by including two skins at once.  See instructions in the 
QuickStart Guide for how to correctly switch skin.
