Modal window mask partially fills a widescreen monitor in IE8

The mask of a modal window doesn't fill completely the available space in a 
16:9 monitor with 1680x1050 screen resolution.

This issue is easy reproducible with SmartGWT Showcase.
1. Open Internet Explorer 8 and maximize it.
2. Connect to 
http://www.smartclient.com/smartgwt/showcase/#layout_windows_modality
3. Click on "Show Window" and look at the right side: the mask doesn't fill all 
available space.

Please try the latest nightly as this was fixed post 2.4
