Add b->clnu operators to EOS basis #2

Very good.

Note that the JMS->EOS translator (that is needed for matching e.g. from SMEFT or flavio) is now part of wilson. It should be trivial to add the new operators by appending to https://github.com/wilson-eft/wilson/blob/master/wilson/translate/wet.py#L1557-L1559
