nav menu disappears on refresh #18

This bug has been submitted on behalf of Nicholas King:

Just a little bug I noticed on the event site, refreshing the page on any part of the site except the root (e.g. on /#where or /#sponsors) causes the nav menu to disappear when you reopen the page "circle". (Not trying to be clever, just thought you might appreciate the feedback.)

Possibly related to #4?

Ah possibly. I'm working on the new site anyway, but pass on my thanks :)

Yeah, that be all kinds of funky. There's some kind of weird y offset happening and no scrollbar. New site soon?
