Error in the echo-install script

I am attempting to get EchoIRLP installed on my Debian 7 IRLP install, and I get the following error after running chmod +x ./echo-install

./echo-install: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token newline' ./echo-install: line 5:<!DOCTYPE html>'

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

You may disregard this bug report. Apparently I need to read instructions better.
