Import Error #337

I have been using NanoPlot successfully. But, suddenly, it is not working and generating the following error: " ImportError: cannot import name 'SnapGeneIO' from partially initialized module 'Bio.SeqIO' (most likely due to a circular import) (/home/osf/.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/Bio/SeqIO/init.py) "

I will appreciate the advice/help.

Could you try reinstalling the tool in a fresh (conda) environment?

I created a new conda environment and installed with pip. It worked. Thanks for help. How can get rid of the installation in main conda environment?

Probably with conda uninstall nanoplot
