Metrics meaning change with mapped BAM? #34

Thanks for this tool.

A question: the median, N50, etc, metrics change with a mapped BAM? for example the median would be the median length now would be the median mapped fragment?

Hi,

Yes, as it will only consider the primary mapped reads without --ubam.
