Legend colors #47

Hello, When I was comparing my reads, each time "comparing number of reads" graph's legend colors are not consistent with other graphs. Everything else is same, but it is only different one. what should I do to be consistent all graphs? Thank you

You are right, I noticed the same. We will look into fixing it.

This has been fixed thanks to @iliasbukraa (https://github.com/wdecoster/nanocomp/pull/48) and will be available in NanoComp v1.15.1!
