6 years ago the list produced by the MaC function now includes a list with as many elements as there are waves. These elements store "selected.simulations": the parameter values and their resulting features that were used as the training dataset for mice, plus the seed used by the random number generator and the wave in which this simulation was run.
In calibration list, add an object that holds all successful simulation runs, with a variable that stores which wave the run is from, and what random seed number was used.
