Add PHP Curl module to a Requirements session in README and log dependence missing error

This plugin depends on the PHP cURL Extension, that can be installed from apt-get in Ubuntu (apt-get install php5-curl).

Furthermore, for some reason, if this extension isn't installed, the plugin doesn't log any error when someone clicks in the "Save and Test Changes" buttom. It's interesting an error to be logged.
