Inbound call is not working with Chrome 35 #179

After upgrading chrome to version number 35, inbound call stop working.

Console log:
    CreateAnswer can't be called before SetRemoteDescription. mySIPml.js svn=179:776
    tsk_utils_log_error mySIPml.js?svn=179:776
    tmedia_session_jsep01.onCreateSdpError mySIPml.js?svn=179:1870 (anonymous function)
