Initial Draft of ASHE Proposal #7

Hi y'all!

Ben asked me to get started on a first draft ASHE proposal for the cc_earn project, so I just pushed up the draft files to the dev branch under ashe_proposal.

I created an .Rmd file for the writing/references portion of the draft and an .Rmd file for the variable list to explain the variables highlighted in the figures a bit more. I looked up how to essentially combine .Rmd files into one and full_2022_proposal was born.

Please let me know what you think/any suggestions you have!

Thanks again for this and good work. We have a lot of great stuff to work with.

I just pushed up some comments after each subsection in 2022_proposal_writing.Rmd. Do you think you could take another pass based on them in the next couple of days (say, done by EOD Friday)? As before, do what you can and I'll make a more complete pass after that. I just wanted to give you the opportunity to do a little more. Let me know if you have questions (we can talk during or before class).
