Create data analysis web interface for my gratitude journal #26

This feature would allow me to produce graphs and charts related to my gratitude journal via a UI on my website. This would be much more convenient than using Jupyter notebooks. I would likely need to create a separate webpage to accomplish this. It could follow the same format as my current page, but fill in the main window with an image instead of text, and the buttons/fields at the bottom would be related to different data analysis options. I think this feature should be feasible to implement and it would be interesting to have it available for me to use

Another option would be for the UI to open the produced image/chart in a new tab. That way it would be possible to view multiple plots at the same time
