The Grid tab centers the icons in the window on resize changes.
The Grid tab scrollbar can be grabbed to scroll.
Updated the opacity changes to be more consistent on mouse-overs.
Includes various minor cosmetic fixes.
Add fixes for broken maps and incorrect shortcut locations #16. They should all be correct now. I added some toggleable debug code to enable drag and drop placement. Once placed, the location is output to the screen or a debug file can optionally be saved for a complete transcription of each shortcut on the map.
