Have "Disable Overlapping" button NOT turn of Lalia's Market #180

Lalia's Market is a different location in the center of Bree, very useful to quickly get to VIP Rewards quest, cosmetics traders and crafting hall. It should not be turned off as a duplicate Travel To Bree skill.
