quilldoc(n): xref of top-level section includes erroneous "." #39

In a quilldoc(5) document, the macro "xref mysection" will return a string like "{num}." The period is necessary when displaying the section number in the section title, but should not be included in the cross-reference string.

In addition, it includes the string "Section ", which should be left to the surrounding prose.
