Remove PostgreSQL dependency #15

RDBMS type should be selectable, no?

While we don't go so far as to make the php5-{mysql,pgsql} packages mutually exclusive (both php5- modules are always getting installed now), the db type is at least selectable now, so I suppose that "removes the dependency" in a way. Closing.
