Well this is a good one, given the current identity politics climate. I would say the options to choose should go rather as leader/follower. Because there can be someone who does not identify as male or female but chose a social dance role.

Other than that I think it's short & tight.

@LukaszDoubleU System needs to know gender, to be able to generate pronounces "him/her", "Mr/Ms", etc.

So far I haven't seen anyone on a dance floor with non-binary gender, no support issues from existing users.

Leader/Follower can only be defined per dance style.

Some dance styles don't have leader/follower roles (example: Dancehall, Hip Hop), some have more roles (Rueda de Casino also have role Cantante).
