We don’t have a fully fleshed-out design system, so it’s very hard to design prototypes quickly within 4 hours that are high fidelity and consistent with our brand/style. This makes our planned design sprints far more difficult to complete, as one needs a lot of experience with UI to complete the prototyping within the time limit, and our team currently lacks this level of experience. We need a design system, which will allow our designers at whatever experience level with UI they have to create high fidelity prototypes consistent with our brand/styling within the 4 hour time limit designated by design sprints. This will allow us to complete more design sprints, which means we can start solving user problems at a better rate and improve the platform.
