User interviews are the part of Design sprint method, which we use in work. They will provide design team insights about users’ problems, expectations, daily routine habits. Now design team not sure which features are most important and desirable for different target groups. Without users’ insights design team can go in a wrong direction. We need user interviews to create a HMW states.
