Order the card #348

As a dancer, I want to order a card, so that I can receive it.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. When I am not signed in and on the profile page
  2. Then There is a banner on a profile with a button “Get Free VIP card” (see “Profile screen (not signed in)” on Prototype)
  3. When I click “Get Free VIP card” then https://wedance.gumroad.com/l/vip-card opens
