Link card to profile #349

As a dancer with a new card I want to link it to my profile so that I can use the card.

Acceptance criteria:

When NFC card url is opened
And NFC card username is undefined (see #347)
Then “NFC - Landing page” (see Prototype) is shown
When I click “Link your profile” button
And I am signed in
Then NFC card username changes to current profile’s username
Then browser redirects to that user’s profile
Then “Free Premium pop up” (see Prototype) animates from the bottom over user’s profile

Notes:

Onboarding logic is already implemented in <TButton/> components (allow-guests by default is false)
Use TailwindUI component library to create landing page and popup.
