Card opens the profile #350

As a VIP dancer I want my card to open my profile so that I can share my social media with other dancers.

Acceptance criteria:

When NFC card url is opened
And NFC card username is defined (see #347 and #349)
Then browser redirects to “Profile screen (not signed in)” (see Prototype) with defined username
