Failed to start ZAP Scanner #1

Hi,

Getting the error below "Failed to start ZAP Scanner"

Zaproxy listening on localhost:8090

ZAP isn't starting when I run the ZAPJSONRpc.py script. Maybe I don't have my dot env file setup properly?
