Description of the issue: As mentioned in the title.

How to reproduce: Navigate to a vendor's store page and try to submit a store review; you will see that the review button is not working.

Expected behavior:

The review button should work properly.

System Status:

Dokan: v3.11.14 Dokan Pro: v3.11.3 WordPress: v6.5.5 WooCommerce: v9.0.2 Dokani theme: v1.0.1
