Description of the Enhancement:
After a vendor registers a sale from the vendor dashboard while using Dokan with wePOS, the vendor earning is added to the vendor's withdrawable balance.
Expected Behavior:
When a vendor registers a sale using wePOS that means the money is already in the vendor's hand (like COD). If we add that money to the vendor's withdrawable balance, then the vendor can send a withdrawal request to the vendor for that money while the money is already in his/her hands.
So, we can exclude the money to be added to the vendor's withdrawable balance as we do when this setting is enabled in Dokan.
