Please support exception handling decompilation

Currently, decompilation of exception handling is either not supported or 
broken.  For example:

However, the exception handling does not show up in the decompilation.

Indeed, exception handling is not yet supported (along with 
threads/synchronized objects).

It is on my todo list.
