Goerli support #106

Would like to sign exit messages.

ethdo supports goerli, however it needs to be supplied with information about the current chain state to be able to operate correctly. To my knowledge there is no public goerli node but the ethstaker discord has information about an offline-preparations file that can be downloaded to generate the messages.
