I would also like to include a “free-form” script which is less for leading a user to a particular answer and more about using natural language as an interface for retrieving course data. This would allow users to ask simple questions like “what is the hardest class in the program” or “which class takes the least time” or “which class is most popular” and having the agent reply intelligently.

did a freestyle that gives you some stuff about a speicific course. but maybe a different script that gives you a class based on a question?

still need to finish up the superlatives like. what is the hardest class, what is the easiest class, what is the best class, etc.
