Reverse Proxy Support #28

Does the config support a base path or is there some other line I need to add to my nginx config to get arrnounced working behind a reverse proxy? As it stands now I can log into the web interface but it errors out loading the announcements.

@garreh89 after learning more about reverse proxies, it's fairly easy to set up but you have to use a subdomain. Arrnounced doesn't support a root address so you can't use a URI path.
