Add Slovak language #37

Some of the translations are opinionated, but I believe they are good enough for a general use case.

We'll be using this in our project, so might return later to fix some typos if missed something.

ps. Thank you for an awesome form library. pps. Slovak language is used in Slovakia, which is in central Europe.
