specials\ibis-ladybug>.\restart.bat crashes #26

I executed the mentioned script in the Windows DOS prompt. It crashed as shown below:

C:\Users\martijn\ibis-ladybug\frank-runner\specials\ibis-ladybug>.\restart.bat

C:\Users\martijn\ibis-ladybug\frank-runner\specials\ibis-ladybug>call ..\..\ant.bat
In case of errors download https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk8-binaries/releases/download/jdk8u292-b10/OpenJDK8U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_8u292b10.zip manually, move it to C:\Users\martijn\ibis-ladybug\frank-runner\download and restart this script

I tested this on frank-runner SHA 899bb1d94caddb7cad91a6d78cf5d302cee2f6eb.

@jacodg , ik denk dat dit gefixed is. Ik heb tijdens mijn werk aan Ladybug geen problemen gehad met het starten van de backend. Kan je dit issue closen?
