Downloading reports produces wrong filename true.zip #249

Using the test webapp, I created two Ladybug reports. Then I downloaded them with XML & Binary. There is a download, but the filename is strance: true.zip.

When fixed we can enable the tests again (https://github.com/ibissource/ladybug-frontend/pull/251)
