Test whether the version of ladybug-frontend is properly shown in the ladybug UI - and fix if necessary #449

Sergi finished the CI/CD. We now have a timestamp release. The version number is put in the ladybug-frontend release jar, locations package.json and pom.properties. The version number is still not shown - you see v${ something }.

Ik heb dit met de Frank!Runner getest. De master van de ladybug backend en de frontend die daar in zit (geen ng serve). Toen zat deze fout er nog in.

Dit is in frontend release 0.1.0-20240710.153412 nog niet goed. Ik zie daar v0.0.0 staan in de UI.
