When reviewing my commit, please do not insist on a perfect story. My intention was to fix some errors in the start of README.md, until section "Frontend development" inclusive. By the end of README.md there are some outdated instructions on testing and releasing. In these sections I replaced "ibis-ladybug" by "ladybug" because project "ibissource/ibis-ladybug" has been moved to "wearefrank/ladybug". It was not my aim to really improve the contents there, because I had no time for that.
