If ignoreEindStatusInActualiseerZaakStatus property is set 'true' in translate profile then actualiseerZaakStatus message is not allowed to close a zaak now.
Improvements, refactoring and fixing on the ZdfHeeft adapter flow also has been done in the first two commits.
