Description:
Currently, the CQC rating for a service is not displayed on the Scout application or the Outpost service management system. The task is to implement the display of the CQC rating for a service on the Scout frontend by adding a new field in the Outpost service management system and Outpost API linking Scout and Outpost. The implementation should account for future integration with the CQC API if Outpost adds support for custom modules/gems.
Acceptance Criteria:
A new custom field for the CQC location ID should be added in the Outpost service management system.
The new field should be included in the API linking Scout and Outpost.
The CQC rating for a service should be displayed on the Scout frontend.
The implementation should be modular and easily extendable to integrate with the CQC API in the future.
