Sorry @letsgitit, I know we haven't officially defined our feedback process yet, but making PRs directly to our own PRs isn't how it's going to work.
I'll define this more formally later, but the process (at least, for now), will be that one member (in this case me) posts a PR with changes, other members comment and discuss on that PR, and then the decided changes get updated by the PR owner. I'll be making a PR for this later today, feel free to provide your feedback directly on the PR itself. Thanks!

Line 9 gives admins too much power. Line 9 also contradicts itself. Line 9 states that the ammount of admins ammount should "not be based on any ratios" but then line 9 then states that the admin ammount should be "based on how many bad posts are getting by unmoderated". So we do need a ratio. A bad post to admin ratio. And then we need to determine how many posts an indivdual admin can moderate on a daily/weekly basis.
