Renders with no transfer syntax, planar & palette size ratio fails #34

When testing on macOS/Linux vs Windows, the following test produces vastly different output:

Renders with no transfer syntax, planar & palette size ratio

Perhaps to do with how different OS's default when there is no transfer syntax?

This image is from the same hardware but using WSL2.0, still fails the test but much closer match
