Investigate issues with app becoming unresponsive after 20-30mins uptime #400

Since server maintenance:

After 20-30mins of uptime the application suddenly becomes unresponsive. It is impossible to connect to the app or the geoserver without a timeout and requires a restart via docker to work again.

This might be an issue with caddy. restarting only caddy's container temporary fixed the issue.

was a network settings issue. Paul K has updated the server and the issue has now been resolved
